Order Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Conditions
If your order is placed within 48 hours and has not yet entered the shipping stage, you may contact us to request an order cancellation.
If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already entered the shipping process, the order can no longer be canceled directly. In this case, you may contact us after the item has been delivered to request a return and refund.
2. Order Cancellation Process
You may submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer support team via email or telephone and providing the order number, payment confirmation, and other necessary information.
Upon receiving your request, our customer support team will process it promptly. If the cancellation is approved, you will be informed of the result as soon as possible and a refund will be arranged accordingly.
3. Refund Process
Once the order cancellation or return has been confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and will be completed as quickly as possible after confirmation.
