Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services throughout Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

For orders with a total value below AUD 89.66, a shipping fee of AUD 8.6 will apply;

For orders with a total value of AUD 89.66 or above, free shipping is available.
3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and paid for before 18:00 (inclusive) will begin processing on the same day;

Orders submitted after 18:00 will begin processing on the following day;

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next working day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the processing stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
5. Delivery Timeframe
After the order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on actual delivery conditions.
6. Shipping Carriers
We select appropriate shipping carriers based on the order, including but not limited to:
FedEx, UPS, DHL Express.
7. Order Tracking
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information.
You may visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used for the order along with the corresponding order number to check the current order status.

Product damage or loss: If you discover that a product is damaged or missing upon receipt, please contact us promptly and provide relevant supporting information;

Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, shipping details may not be modified or cancelled;

Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. Any delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Delivery Acknowledgement
Please carefully inspect the outer packaging and the condition of the product upon delivery. If any abnormalities are found, it is recommended that you document the issue at the time of receipt and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
