3. Return Process

Please send the product back to the designated return address as instructed and wait for confirmation of receipt;

Once the product is received, we will inspect it to verify whether it matches the reported condition. If approved, a refund will be arranged;

The return label is included with the product.
4. Exchange Process

Please contact us via email or phone to submit an exchange request and provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, along with relevant photos or videos;

Our customer support team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will notify you and provide the return address;

Please return the product to the designated address and wait for confirmation of receipt;

After inspection, if approved, a replacement product will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once a return request is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used (such as Visa or MasterCard). We will complete the refund as quickly as possible after confirmation.
6. Shipping Cost Responsibility

For returns or exchanges due to appearance issues, quality defects, unusual odors, significant color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us;
